Since 1972, Dennis has been successful as a
litigator, business attorney, business owner, real estate investor
and real estate developer. He blends his thorough knowledge of the
law with his business background, creativity and practicality to
negotiate innovative solutions with each individual client’s goals
in mind.
Dennis has been a Settlement Judge Pro Tem in Pima County Superior
Court, a court-appointed Settlement Master, an Arbitrator for the
American Arbitration Association and for private arbitrations, a
Mediator, a testifying expert witness on legal standards and a
frequent lecturer in continuing education courses that were
accredited by the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Department
